Independent Software Vendors are to be offered both Business Development Sessions and Architecture Design Sessions to support the development of their Software as a Service offering by NTT Europe Online, a managed hosting specialist and part of the global NTT Group.
The Business Development Sessions will provide a formal assessment of an ISV’s SaaS-readiness and maturity. The sessions will focus on eight key success factors, including competitive differentiation, demand generation, messaging, positioning, and online customer experience.
The SaaS market will continue to present a major revenue opportunity for ISVs, with IDC projecting spending in this market at $15 billion in five years , and Gartner estimating 25 per cent of new business software being delivered as SaaS by 2011.
Used by Microsoft as part of its SaaS Incubation Center Program, the Business Development Sessions have been enhanced by NTT Europe Online’s unique experience supporting the online business requirements of ISVs for over a decade.
NTT Europe Online also offers Architecture Design Sessions as part of the SaaS Incubation Center Program to help developers achieve the best fit between their application and the Microsoft Hosting Platform.
