Transfers

NTT Europe Online does not charge for Transfers (in or out) of any .uk ‘country code Top Level Domain’ (ccTLD) e.g. example.co.uk.

When transferring in any ‘generic Top Level Domain’ (gTLD) e.g. example.com, an additional 1 years registration will be charged and its registration period will be extended accordingly.  NTTEO does not charge for the transfer out of any generic Top Level Domain’.

Administration

In order to register or modify a domain name, please open a support ticket via the Customer Portal detailing the full nature of your request.  NTTEOs Customer Support Centre aim to respond to such queries within 4 hours, 24x7.

If you wish to Transfer In a ccTLD, your existing host should change the ‘IPS Tag’ to ‘NTTEO-ENT’, and then open a support ticket via the Customer Portal.

If you wish to Transfer In a gTLD, please open a support ticket, via the Customer Portal, detailing the domain name and current Registrar.

Complaints

If you have an issue with any aspect of NTTEO’s Domain Registration service,  your concerns can be raised as follows:

1. Open a support ticket via the Customer Portal detailing the nature of the issue.

2. If your issue is not resolved by the above step, please call 0845 603 2765, quote the ticket number and request to speak with the Support Manager.

3. Should your issue still not be resolved, please contact your Service Manager (see ‘Contact Us’ tab in the  HYPERLINK "https://portal.ntt.eu" Customer Portal).
